Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Last updated: 26.05.2026

1. Shipping destinations

We only accept orders for delivery to destinations expressly available in the website’s market selector and checkout at the time of order.

2. Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping to all markets served through the website, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

3. Duties and taxes

All orders are shipped on a delivered duty paid basis for supported destinations. Applicable taxes, import duties and customs charges for those destinations are included in the price shown and paid at checkout.

4. Processing and delivery

Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 3 working days after order confirmation.

Once dispatched, shipments generally arrive within 14 days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays, promotions, product launches or other factors outside our reasonable control. In some countries or circumstances, delivery may take longer.

5. Delivery conditions

Please ensure that your delivery details are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional costs resulting from inaccurate address information, refusal of delivery or failure to collect a parcel.

6. 14-day returns

We offer a voluntary return window of 14 days from delivery for eligible products.

To request a return, contact us at https://www.drpruss.swiss/pages/contact within 14 days after delivery and follow our return instructions. We may refuse returns sent without prior authorization, except where refusal would be prohibited by applicable law.

Because our products are cosmetics, change-of-mind returns are accepted only where the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging and any protective or hygiene seal remains intact. If a sealed product has been unsealed after delivery, it cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons, unless it is defective, damaged, incorrect, non-conforming or return is otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned orders must be complete, including any gifts, samples, accessories or other included items where applicable. Returns should be sent in original or otherwise protective packaging.

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product, or unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Where permitted by applicable law, taxes, duties and other charges included in the original purchase price will be refunded only to the extent refundable under applicable law or recoverable in connection with the return.

7. EU / EEA / UK cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from delivery, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

An exception applies to sealed cosmetic products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. Any statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies to such products once they have been unsealed.

To exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal right, you must tell us before the withdrawal period expires by contacting us using the form on: https://www.drpruss.swiss/pages/contact with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. EU consumers may also use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

You must return the goods within 14 days after telling us that you wish to withdraw, unless we have offered to collect them or applicable law provides otherwise.

We will refund eligible payments using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier, subject to applicable law. We do not refund products that are excluded from withdrawal because they were sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery, unless required by applicable law.

8. Model withdrawal form for EU consumers

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

9. Switzerland and other destinations

For Switzerland and other destinations where no mandatory statutory withdrawal right applies, returns are governed by our voluntary return policy as published on this page and in our Terms & Conditions.

10. Damaged, defective, incorrect items and product issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us without undue delay if a product is damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights.

Contact us at drpruss@drpruss.com with your order number, photographs where relevant, and a description of the issue.

If you wish to report a product quality issue or adverse reaction, contact us by email at drpruss@drpruss.com or via our contact form at https://www.drpruss.swiss/pages/contact. Please include the product name, batch or lot number if available, place and date of purchase, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs. If you believe you are experiencing a serious medical reaction, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied products. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

11. Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected, subject to applicable law.

For statutory withdrawal returns made by consumers in the EU, EEA or UK, refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier, as described in section 7 above. This timeframe overrides the inspection condition in this section to the extent required by applicable law.
